Engineered for Utes, Not Desktops.
Every feature in CustomerDock is built to be used with one thumb while leaning against your ute tray or sitting in traffic.
60-Second Quoting with Touch Steppers
Forget fiddling with tiny dropdowns or typing numbers on a cramped virtual keyboard. CustomerDock uses 48px touch stepper buttons (`+` / `-`) and pre-seeded trade materials.
- ✓ 0ms client-side reactive calculations (zero lag on poor reception)
- ✓ Tiered "Good / Better / Best" options to increase average deal size
- ✓ Auto-saving dual-write to IndexedDB every 500ms (never lose a draft)
"I used to sit at my home computer until 9:30 PM typing up quotes. Now I send the quote before I even start my engine. 8 out of 10 times, the deposit is in my account before I get home."
FIDO2 / WebAuthn Standard
100% WebCrypto standard running directly in Cloudflare Pages edge isolates. Works seamlessly on iPhone (Face ID / Touch ID) and Android (Fingerprint), with TOTP 6-digit MFA secondary fallback.
1-Tap Biometric Passkeys (No Passwords)
Tradies work with gloves or dirty hands. Typing complex passwords or copying 6-digit SMS verification codes in the ute wastes time. 1-Tap Face ID gets you in immediately.
- ✓ Biometric Face ID & Touch ID standard
- ✓ Cross-Device QR Code sign-in to desktop in 2 seconds
- ✓ Root Admin protection with zero password reset locks
Trade AI Scope Sentinel (Strict en-AU)
Powered by edge-native AI intelligence running on Cloudflare's global network. Speaks and writes authentic Australian trade English—never American jargon.
- ✓ Forgotten Fixings Sentinel: Alerts if brackets, callout fees, or wiring are omitted
- ✓ Margin Guard: Compares labour hours against historical jobs to prevent underquoting
- ✓ Tradie Shorthand Polisher: Turns "5m mtrzd blk fabrc" into client-ready scope
- ✓ Multilingual Synthesis: Translates Korean shorthand into polished Australian scopes
Cloudflare R2 Split Architecture
D1 handles fast metadata; R2 stores all high-resolution photos, documents, and signed PDFs with zero egress bandwidth fees.
Before & After Job Photos & Proof of Work
Snap quick photos on your phone before starting and upon handover. Tag photos as `before`, `during`, or `after` with direct upload to R2 storage.
- ✓ Attached directly to customer handover certificates
- ✓ Auto-syncs to your ContentDock marketing website portfolio
- ✓ Eliminates customer disputes and warranty ambiguity
